By accessing or using the PALZEE mobile application and related services provided by Fin Rein Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), established in Kanpur & Lucknow, UP, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
PALZEE is a low-latency, local-first micro-vlogging platform that allows users to capture, process, and share instant daily video vlogs and keyframe moments with their inner circle ("My Pals").
You must register an account using valid credentials authenticated via Supabase Auth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and child exploitation.
You retain full ownership of the videos and photos you upload to PALZEE. You grant Fin Rein Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to store, process, and transmit your content to your designated Pals.
PALZEE processes keyframes locally using Android system components (ExoPlayer, CameraX). Temporary cache files are automatically purged by an internal Garbage Collector to optimize system memory and storage footprint.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service.
The Company limits its liability for indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, etc., to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if there are reasonable grounds, such as changes in laws or regulations or changes to the service content. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are amended, the Company will provide notice through announcements within the Service, specifying the details of the changes and the effective date.
If a user continues to use the service after the effective date of the amended terms and conditions, they will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the region where the Company is established (India), and in the event of a dispute between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service, the competent court designated by relevant laws in Kanpur & Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
