1. Zero Tolerance Statement | शून्य सहनशीलता नीति

Fin Rein Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), established in Kanpur & Lucknow, UP, India, maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any form of child endangerment across all features of the PALZEE application.

2. Technical Prevention & Moderation | सुरक्षा एवं मॉडरेशन

We deploy robust multi-layered safety mechanisms on the PALZEE platform:

Automated Media Hash Matching: Uploaded media is scanned via Supabase Edge Functions against known CSAM hash registries before distribution.
Content Quarantine: Any flagged media is immediately blocked from transit and quarantined in encrypted isolation.
In-App Reporting: Users can flag inappropriate media or accounts 24/7 directly through the app interface.

3. Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting | क़ानूनी रिपोर्टिंग

Upon detecting any CSAM/CSAE content or attempt, Fin Rein Inc. immediately executes mandatory legal reporting:

Submission of report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Filing of cybercrime report with the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C / NCRP, MHA India) and local police authorities in Kanpur & Lucknow, UP.
Preservation of forensic evidence, IP addresses, device identifiers, and metadata for criminal prosecution.

4. Account Termination & Blacklisting | खाता निलंबन

Any account associated with CSAM/CSAE violations will face immediate permanent account termination, hardware device bans, and IP blacklisting.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction | शासी कानून

This Child Safety Standards Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur & Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
